I didn't know that couldn't be done new build for new champ, i see a lot of people do some build for aatrox and I've also tried. Well i archive the build and makeanother one in the future, sorry for the mistake.

Basically, first item must be . But, yes, is better switch black cleaver with ravenus hydra, after, one item with lot of health is the best choice, i think FM is good for aatrox. I decided the best last item it's another with lot of damage and lifesteal, so bloodthirster is the best choice.
