What the hell is this OP ****? xD It's like a second Olaf, but stronger.
Passive - too op (lower the stacks to 15 or something like that: Gains 0.5% critical strike chance and 1% attack speed for each unit kill within 8 seconds. Stacks up 20 times.)
Q - Empowered Olaf E without health cost lol. Maybe with 90/145/200/255/310 or switch it to
90/140/190/240/290(+80% attack damage) physical damage.
CD: 8 sec or 10/9/8/7/6
W - 50% starting and 70% for maxed armor pen? Are you crazy? And for 5 seconds, it's too op. Something like this: 80/125/170/215/260(+0.8 for every bonus AD), reducing armor by 20% for 3 seconds.
CD: 14 sec
It's still not the best option, but more realizeable.
E - Well, I think it's OK, maybe with lower CD.
R - What do you mean under champion attacks? You also block the abilities, for example Morde ult, Veigar ult, etc.? Btw. it's a good idea.
Meele carries without any ranged abilities can be very easly countered, and if you don't build it tanky, you will be dead before you can hit somebody. It's very hard to play in top lane with this. You also can't jump or dash, so you're very useless without your ultimate.
I think you have to make some changes, but it's a great idea, just don't copy the other champs abilities. :)

Thank you for the input. Im taking in your ideas for change.
Giving someone a 450 true damage nuke on a 10 second CD? Seems legit. Plus 70% armor shred to make most of your other attacks deal true damage. E is a little non sequitor, but doesn't look game breaking at a casual glance. His ult is invincibility that makes him impossible to kite.

Q: Strikes your enemy dealing 90/130/220/300/360 physical damage. (12 second cool down)
W: Strikes your enemy with the back of your blade dealing 50/100/150/200/250 physical damage and breaks their armor, reducing their armor by 30/35/40/45/50% for 3/3.5/4/4.5/4.5 seconds. (20 seconds cool down)
E: Grants 20/30/40/50/60% attack speed for 4 seconds. (20 second cool down)
R: The next 4 champion attacks are blocked, increasing his movement speed by 20/30/40% (plus 5% for each time hit while in block phase) for 4 seconds. (80 second cool down)
Yaushu is meant to be a heavily AD champion. He can deal a high amount of damage quickly but is very weak in health and armor.
He is very short range and has no poke or harass at all.
Does not use any mana and all abilities have no cost.
Strong against armor based tanks.
