I won't spend time building Rune Pages or reading the strategy until I like the champion and I am guessing that a large percentage of Mobafire users do the same thing. They aren't looking for an in depth ranked guide or a beginners guide.
One recommendation I would make is to clearly annotate in the title what your build/guide is for (ranked play, casual play, beginners guide, etc) By adding that in the title it would help people critiquing it gain your perspective on the guide.
A lot of the feedback I see above seems to be coming from more serious / ranked players and I'm not sure that's the intended audience for your build/guide. I don't know what percentage of players play ranked but I would imagine the majority of users play unranked matches.
I also want to say that based on my guide writing experience the up/down votes are dependent on that BBCode / presentation of the guide. I've made a lot of builds where I've felt like I've tweaked a high rated popular guide by either purchasing an item in a different order or changing out an item or two or expanding on situational items only to find my guide down voted because I didn't include anything but a build.
This leads me to believe that the text / bbcode of the guide is as equally, if not more, important than the actual build/runes/masteries/ability part of the guide.
Hope this helps!
For your own good, remove this part and just fix your guide.
I second this.

Offensive seals dont work - take defensive
lifesteal quints on voli aren't that useful
maxing Q and E both second is questionable
masteries could use a rework, perseverance is useless
offensive build for volibear is HIGHLY questionable. his still set is aimed at him being a tank
bad attitude in the intro
volibear shouldnt be played mid, go jungle voli.

I would like some background information (summoner level, tier, divison) because the cheat sheet seems like the work of a level 20.
" * Your opponent's Dash cool down. If you see them blow it they are basically begging to be slaughtered.
* Your XP advantage/disadvantage. Pay close attention to when your opponent levels up. What's your XP and level at? If you can get a slight XP advantage it will give you a short period of time when you have a full level on them. This will help enormously. The goal is to get a significant level advantage on your solo opponent so that you can devastate everyone else around the map.
* Key levels to gank: 4, 5 and 6 are huge. Use Thunder Claws on incoming minions to secure an escaping opponents.
* Voli'ing your opponent into your turret is key with Voli. Watch minions and watch opponent. If the opponent is in range to be volied into the turret's range and no minions are currently taking damage from the turret, Rolling Thunder them back into your turret. This most likely cause your opponent to wet their pants as they start taking damage from the turret. This will give you extra support to initiate your gank. Majestic Roar them in place and bite them around 30-40% hp. Easy mode."
Negative:
"Be grateful I even took the time to share my awesome strategies with you and stop complaining about a lack of aesthetics. "
Well, if the content would be good it'd be okay, and even than BBCoding certainly wouldn't be bad.
+ I don't see any "awesome" strategies.
The only thing you are basically saying is:"Be a *****".
Your itemization.. you suggest building 3 AS items + AS boots after each other and finishing it of with a hydra.
The only defensive item you are building provides no resistances.
I don't think I have to go more indepth about this...
Your runes are weird.
Your mastery tree is a mess.
"break channeling spells like Fiddlestick's fear" - ........................... yes sensei, pls teach me.
"Without a Frozen Mallet, Sunfire Cape or something similar, you're going to have a lot of people get away from you" - FM makes sense, in what way would sunfire or something similar help chasing down people?
overall your guide is more like a build.
You got quite an attitude, respond rude while even the little information you provide is quite useless.
-1 have a good day sir
