Uh, AP Rune Page? Anyone?

I'd really love some help building an all around AP rune page. Please someone, answer my simple question: What runes should I buy and use?

I'd prefer the answers in a form of:

Glyph's:
Seals:
Quintessences:

That's a pretty generic AP page and it reuses the defensive seals and glyphs you (hopefully) have already. You can do some other stuff like mana regen seals and AP or AP per level glyphs if you want but you might screw yourself over in some matchups (like not having MR against or not having armor against ).

I personally run MS quints, but my mids tend to be lower scaling, higher base damage casters.

I like getting Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration or on a lot of the casters I play to auto attack harass and last hit better. This is strong on , , , , , etc.

agree with psiguard, but anyway if you are confident in your skills and on the match up, or simply want more early damage, you can always try Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power or the flat ones, i always use scaling cause they scales really good later on the game

well, armor seals againist ad mid or jungle and adc can help u survive ganks,teamfights or for resist enough to kill someone, but if u are with a safe distance champ and u play not too much aggressive and probably is ur main i think it is possible
