Omg sorry, that is not my account and it is not a fake vote.
The fact that the guide has "coming soon" components suggest incompletion, Which is like driving a car with a blown head gasket off the block, Shouldn't be done haha. But the benefit of the doubt will be given and i won't vote until it is complete :)

But since you are so ill-informed, let me enlighten you.
At the time I replied to you, I had not given my vote. Since then, the guide owner PMed me for advice, with which I gave him, along with my downvote.
So therefore:
1) I downvoted WITH a reason.
2) I didn't pretend nor implied that I never downvoted without a reason.
3) I wasn't even highlighting this fact when I replied to you. When you said that he thinks he's right when he downvotes with a 'reason', I was merely pointing out that he was not the only one.
I think its kind of funny that you downvote me when I PM you asking why I'm only getting downvotes XD oh well, everyone has the right to vote.

He didn't upvote me, so please relax. Also, I only have 5 sections each labeled with a big picture. Is it still difficult to find though? If there is a way to anchor my table of contents, please PM it to me, i'd really appreciate it.
But it seems there are issues even more important than my inability to use the scroll wheel.
