Your guide is looking really good at this point..But maybe it's a bit incomplete? It kind of looks like you just cut it off. At least make a concluding section.

Also, IMO, there are times when it's probably better to get Condemn at level 2 instead of Silver Bolts. You might want to consider that.

I don't know man, I don't think there's any real reason to max her q first because w solves the mana problem and deals more damage than maxing q :(

And Vayne is really all about mid to late game, I see the shiv as an early to mid AD carry item. However there is definitely potential for that item on AD's like Graves

It's a nice guide, add a little bit more content and consider maxing Q, because it gives her a lot more manueverability. And turn on c2v so that there are no troll votes :) Btw add Statikk Shiv as a possible item, it's quite good one vayne

Overall it is really short so I won't vote. I do have one question for you though:

How about maxing Q first with Ruined King rush?
