New laptop coming in... Capable of streaming?

Can I get some help determining whether or not I can stream? And if I can stream what sort of quality I would expect (lower in game graphics // lower stream graphics). Thanks a ton! The new laptopn hasnt come in yet, but I ran it on my current laptop which is a crappy 300$ walmart computer that runs 20 fps low graphic LoL on a perfect day... I got ping=12ms download=20.37Mbps upload 21.07Mbps... Is that good?[/quote]
