Neither.
MSI GTX760 Gaming. (it's beastly, they've redone the power-management on the PCB, and really well to boot)
If you have a 3570K then upgrading to the 4670K would be a HUUGE waste of money (you make it seem like you have it with your use of the word "stay").
If you've got an old setup and plan on buying a new CPU then the 4670K is an obvious choice.
Motherboards aren't that easy to recommend, because people might need entirely different things from their motherboards. But if you're planning on spending ~160$ on a motherboard then I think you should have a look at Asus motherboards. They have some really cool features.
(assuming you don't care about the size of the motherboard:)You should primarily give a look to Asus Z87-PLUS and MAXIMUS VI HERO.
The VI HERO is 50$ more expensive, but it includes a proper sound card on the motherboard (no ****ty realtek stuff), and I think it has a few other features that might be useful.

"every now and again you come across a game that has so little emotional connection to who you are that you end up standing there, gazing at the screen and saying "I'm just pressing buttons and my life has no meaning,"" - Colin Campbell
no I don't have the 3570k, I wasn't clear. Yeah the 760 also seemed like a logical choice. As for the motherboard I couldn't care less as long as it does its job properly lol. There's actually a strong chance that I go with an FX 8350 and am3+. Thanks for the imsight
