Top champs (pos jungle aswell)?

How good is Xin for top really? Also, in case of another player wanting top / team / friend feeling more comfortable @ top, I want to learn how to jungle better. I'm sort of looking for champs that can both top and jungle well tbh. I've jungled with Gangplank and it worked out really well so far, but seeing as I have no exp in high Elo and all that, I can't really base my exp on anything, so I'm looking for advice on 1 or 2 jungle champs to pick up. If any of my mentioned champs can work for jungle I'd really like that, even if they're not the best, because I'm really willing to work on improving my skills to make that champ the best possible (not saying I'll ever reach that, but I want to atleast try). If not I guess I just have to get more familiar with a few more champs :) I want to say thanks in advance if you've read all this, I feel it's a bit messy since I've been thinking about all fo this for a couple of days and I'm just on autopilot writing this :x And if anyone would help me out and post a comment, hints and spill some knowledge on my nooby self, that'd be totally awesome, I'd be so happy and THANK YOU!
