i am curious about this one

I am not sure if this build is viable I have tried to use it several times but the games were not evenly matched and one side always dominated the other sometimes it was my team sometimes it was their's(generally when i went in solo). I was wonder what other people think of this idea. I calculated that with out his summoner spells or ult at full end game he could initiate an attack within the first second dealing 1k damage not to mention the continuous cool downs that would be up ult and damage per second.
