Really, so many simple guides out there on how to simply make a guide and you seem to have not read a single one of them. -1

First of all, like everyone else has said, this guide is incomplete. Why will you even upload something that isn't complete? You could have saved it

Second of all, coming to a competing guide, giving me a down vote for "needs more survivability", Very bad way to push your guide up the ranks. A very cheating, pathetic way indeed.

Third, you didn't even put any effort for anything at all. Not even to fix your guide, not even to complete your guide. Nothing at all. There are many other guides that deserve to be seen unlike this.

Looks like you didn't read it properly. They are only effective when you deal any proper form of physical damage (I believe the threshold is about 20% physical damage). All of Lissandra's abilities are magic damage, meaning you only get the ArmPen for your auto-attacks, of which are extremely poor. In other words, her primary (and pretty much her ONLY) damage source is magic, meaning Magic Penetration is 100% better.

The article explained it in a great amount of detail with graphs and everything, but you didn't read it properly.

You don't need to publish a guide to edit it, first of all. Saving it without publish will be fine. Or you can archive it immediately after publishing, which is what I do. That way, my friends can check my work as I'm building the base of the guide.
