Sivir Guide
Sivir - On the Hunt in the Howling Abyss
Perhaps they've changed since you wrote that though.
I got some ideas to improve my ARAM Sivir game from this guide, so I thank the author.
In particular, I like the idea of buying long sword instead of boots of speed for opening purchase. And I like some of the "situational" purchases which I hadn't considered.
Also, you might consider turning on Comment to Vote (C2V) so you get feedback from all your voters.
