Yes sure Youmuu's is better than Last Whisper if they don't get any armour. Not saying you're bad or anything but the level and games I play at people nearly always reach the 200 armour mark.
That's why it's situational. If the got armor take lastwhisper. if not take something else.

Start with boots. You don't need a cloth armour if you get a good leash and having movement speed is essential for jungle clearence and ganking.
Frozen Mallet and Tri-Force is a big no no. So much wasted gold.
Mobility boots are good. Gives good map presence and you'll be a ganking machine with your leap.
Last whisper is so much better than Youmuu's. Get Youmuu's if you really want but Last Whisper is a necessity. I know you put Last Whisper in situational items but it's core.
GA should also be core too since you'll be diving into the enemy team in fights.
Wriggles and The Bloodthirster are good items but I think Tri-Force should be built before BT since you already have lifesteal from your Wriggles and Tri-Force is a great item to have but w/e, it doesn't really matter that much.
Atmas would be a bad item to get especially since it's been nerfed and you shouldn't be building a Frozen Mallet anyway if you want a Tri-Force. If you have trouble with ad carrys take a GA or Randuins instead.
You don't have to change anything if you don't want to but take it into consideration.
Thanks for your comment. I replaced Trinity Force by Guardian Angel. Trinity Force is now a situational item. But I wouldn't get Last Whisper as a core item instead of Youmuus. Why? Youmuus gives you also armor penetration and a great cooldown reduction what is a must have on Kha'Zix. What happens if enemys are not getting any armor? then last whisper would be useless. For me its still situational.
You shouldn't mix Trinity Force and Frozen Mallet. Technically it works but practically you waste lots of money on the same effect twice. Also Trinity Force sheen proc scales with nothing but base AD and thats why tanks buy it so many times but not AD casters like Riven and Khazix. Why do you get it if Khazix's all abilities scale only on ad and to be effective you need to stack lots of it.
You're kinda right but wrong at the same time. Just look at Ezreal and Corki. Tri-Force is core on them and they get the most damage dealing items in the game.
Buy you're right about mixing Tri-Force and Frozen Mallet.
