I have used Draven bot before and he sucks pretty bad there (IMO). He doesn't have enough range to win the lane unless you are going against idiots. I prefer going top to counter melee bruisers like hecarim and riven. Also i would like to recommend getting an executioner's calling early so you can activate your passive and cut down the other team's healing with added lifesteal that helps a lot.

Draven is an ad carry he has to go bottom with a support :D
