Vi, Jarvan, Lee, Nocturne, all still strong right now. Nautilius is weakish, Zac is massively on the decline (seen anyone jungle him at worlds?), and personally I think Aatrox jungle is trash outside of high diamond. The only reason to play him is for laneswap tower dives at lvl 3.
Ok thanks everyone for your input. One more question, I am also looking for more of a carry type jungler, maybe an assassin. I have shaco, master yi, and have tried elise and I didn't like her. What would be a good jungler that can carry? Is Diana still a good jungler?

Vi is always a good pick. She's been getting picked A LOT lately in worlds, I always love jungling her because shes got such great gank potential especially if you hit level 6 before the enemy jungler.
