Leveling tips?

[/quote] Pricey but it is the best way to grind an account up, also going for the IP boost as well means you should be set when you hit 30 for ranked, runes and champions wise, Also someone else said Aram, if you buy only champs that are good for Aram that could be a easy way to grind up as well.[/quote]
