This, plus she's already mobile (and even moreso with Ghostblade meta), so phage passive not really helping as much. Also insane AD ratios plus the fact that triforce proc only scales off base AD (you'll maybe get ~400 extra physical damage off two sheen procs BEST CASE SCENARIO, when you could have just bought a bloodthirster/LW instead).

I used it once on Lucian still looking into if I want to try implementing it into more builds for ADC'S

I think it works on any ADC that have low CD spells, such as Ezreal and Corki, or someone that uses multiple spells for a trade, such as Quinn and Draven.
