i dunno why people are saying its not battlecast anivia, the wings could be some kind of jet wings type deal or something, with a robot bird they could get really creative (they should considering hextech anivia is a thing)
also maybe this whole battlecast thing is going to lead to a new event? piltover vs zaun pls
then again there is a chance its not anivia since she just got black frost but they leaked out "anv" a while ago so unless a new champion is going to have "anv" in its name its probably anivia

plus i think id prefer a robot bird making a huge steel wall, having a grenade type thing as her ice ball and her ice spike could be a missile thats different depending on if the person is chilled or not
then her ult could be like an electrical storm or some other awesome thing
