You're gonna have to wait like literally 2-3 years for modding to that extent.
That is assuming that GTA 5 even comes to the PC within a year of the console release.
You need to log in before commenting.
Switch to Original quality if you have a connection that can handle it. Mine shrivels up and dies when I do.
