When I have trouble with Vayne is when I am still farming mid game, my team is losing and I can't carry. This guide + often buying an extra dorans blade helped my early and mid game a lot.
By end game, I can kill whoever whenever and I could just sell my BT for a Bork. Again, I can see what people are talking about, but the key is getting your team to end game so you can carry. I think BT has been helping me know get snowballed by easy laner champs.
I do have one thought. Furor was not recommended highly because kiting with vayne should be easy with her passive. However, Vayne has very little escape abilities without it. You need to aa after her Q to get the 2 sec cd, but an aa can cause you to get caught by the champ chasing you. Furor allows you to aa, run away, aa, run away and reserve tumble for dodging skills or getting ahead again if you fall behind while escape kiting. Let me know what you think.
P.S. to the people who rag on maxing q first, I think you might have a misplace value for damage. The ability to reposition every 2 secs is invaluable. I use 6 mana regen glyphs and now I never run out of mana with Vayne an entire game.
It's really interesting.. The amount of downvote over one item.
That's because the BT vs. BotRK conundrum is the biggest decision an AD carry player has to make.
For me it's simple enough - if you're ahead or farmed enough to get a fast BF, then BT it is. Else it's BotRK.
