Regardless of whether or not AD TF works, you're not going to find anyone playing it well in Bronze V (the same goes for pretty much every other conventional or unconventional pick, to be fair). @OP Only works on ADC with very low cooldowns. Bruisers can build it if it adds to their burst combo, but for AD Carries that's not enough since they have to worry about having the highest possible DPS in a prolonged teamfight, which they often won't have with TF in their build. [[Corki]], [[Ezreal]], [[Sivir]] and [[Vayne]] are the only ones I can see it work on and even then I wouldn't build it on all of those champions.[/quote]
