Is Lucian horribly weak or am I mistaken?

He is like Ashe except with a hard counter and no slows. So you end up with a character whose strength is his mobility except EZ and Corki are better. He is outclassed early game by several adc's, mid game by a few others, and late game by vayne and twitch. His range gets him butchered by any decent Cait, Varus, and Ashe. He is essentially a less tanky version of Graves with an ult that's easy to avoid. I would even take quinn over him.[/quote]

[/quote] Uh, no, he is not like [[Ashe]]. /nitpick Ashe has a slow on hit, a ludicrous 600 range, as well as excellent self-peel and teamfight initiation in [[Enchanted Crystal Arrow]]. Lucian has none of those and instead delivers nothing but damage; damage, which I might add, is not very likely to scale into lategame due to his abysmal base stats, scaling, and lack of steroids.[/quote]
