Since you asked a full review, here you go:


Things to (re)consider

• Lifesteal quints for early game sustain
• 21/9/0 works quite well on jax with hybrid pen masteries.
  

Things you should add

• Explain runes, masteries.
• You explain what the skills do (by copy-pasting the explanation from the moba wiki, it seems) but not how to use them effectively. Add some skill explanations.

Things you should change

• Attack speed marks are overall sub-par to flat attack damage ones. Simply for the sake of early trades and AD scalings.
• Boots start is not viable at all. In 90+% of your games you should be getting doran's shield.
• Guinsoo's and gunblade are outclassed by BotrK and Triforce.
• Berserker greaves are sub-optimal as well, you should get mercs/tabi's.
• 3x guinsoo's in situationals?
• Frozen heart is one of the worst armor items to get on jax.
• Your build needs more defensive items and less offensive.
• No point in adding lore to your guide, or at least use spoilers.
• A couple of coding errors in your pros/cons chapter.\
• Remove the base stats overview or spoiler that as well. It isn't any good.
• The chapter order is quite weird
  

My rating: double -

Brutally honest: this guide sucks balls. First of all, you should get more experience before writing guides. Play Jax more in ranked, and try to get at least positive stats with him. 3/7 wins is quite bad, especially considering you're silver. Also, read up on how to write guides. I am currently in the process of writing a guide with some essentials (it is not finished yet though), but you could still use a lot of the information in there.

no please...why attack speed runes? if u set attack speed marks you should set attack speed quints as multiplier

You shouldn't build that much offensive items.

The theory is ok

^ agreed it needs more work and with the items by first back you should be able to get cutlass outright and the active slow plus your stun is really strong in lane, also I like that you have a lot of options but instead of BotRK I usually get Gunblade for the hybrid damage and sustain so maybe put that in the optional items list bc it is really viable and in certain situations better than blade.
