There's trolling since it's a funny build, if you wish a real troll so go full cooldown reduction.

Runes, if you see the note, are builded on the fly and are not relevant for my propuse.

When everything is situational then I want to look up when to get which item and why. And I won't look up some stats for that, I prefer reading a proper guide that gives alternate options

You have 6 Core Items, Core Items are Utems you get every game, that means you have no situational iitems?

Core item is just a group, in real you have main stats, almost everything on LoL is situational, look my last Nasus play: 26/6/20

As i said before, the build is functional and must be thinked around enemy and own team, if you frontface heavy AD team, Spirit Visage is not the best you can get
