Guy sent me a bunch of hilarious PM's I think I'll turn em into a blog one day when I'm bored.

Wait, HE'S immature? You basically turned around and said, 'dude I'm writing the guide, **** off and write your own guide if you think you're so smart'. Okay, that's not your exact wording, but that's PRETTY MUCH what you implied. And yeah, you seemed like a douchebag, not gonna lie.







Note the use of the word RECOMMEND. Lasty gave all due respect and was EXTREMELY approachable. He gave his opinion and gave his explanation for his opinion.

And stop banging on about how it's your 'first guide'. It means **** all. We'll treat it like the rest.

Or at least, I was until I read the comments. Now I don't care how good the guide is, I'm downvoting for your ****ty attitude.

Overall it is short and doesn't have much informational content.

Yeah i understand that and if you're going to quote something vynertje don't just take out one bit as it looks so one sided then. All i was trying to put in was i wanted criticism on the format and how i did everything in general, not the actual knowledge on irelia, thats why there are so many builds because people post there ways of playing certain champions

And guides are meant to show the optimal way to play a champion, explain the reasoning behind the build and explain how to play that champion. If it is not close to optimal, we are free to downvote. Our reasons are valid ^^

Unfortunately if the information presented within the guide is incorrect it makes the rest of the guide moot. Enjoy your sub 50% guide. Got better things to do.

Wow, you are immature, i accept criticism on the guide itself rather than the information in it. I recognised you were diamond and you are probably better than me, so im just going to refer to my prvious comment, go make your own guide if you want to include your information in it. Like i said i accept that you are trying to give my information on the champion itself. You are the one that is sounding like a prick and a douche now, i was being legit with my comment it wasn't to mean any harm or anything. Also if you read my notes and comments, you would see that it my first build EVER so i would rather tips in general about the guide (as i have already said) rather than the champion once again.

Edit: just to add it would have been more optimistic and you would have been more approachable by saying things like "this is a decent effort for a first time guide... but you could improve on.... also i would recommend you try this" that would have actually been alot more reasuring rather than just saying outright "you should do this, you should do that, your build order is wrong etc"

Not to be a douche but there is an optimal way to play every champion, and you're doing it wrong. I'm entitled to an opinion and my opinion is that your guide is bad. Hence the downvote. I have the benefit of knowing many of the best (insert champion) players in North America, if the best Irelia NA runs the SAME core every game and you're implying that you know better than he does you just end up looking foolish.

Next time instead of coming off like a prick, try saying 'thank you I'll try it D1 player who is obviously better at this game than I am'.

Not to seem like a douche or anything but, im the one giving the guide, if you think that dorans works better then go ahead and get it and make your own guide. Also if you looked properly, it says "general build", just basically an example build it didn't necessarily have to mean thats what you HAVE to get in that particular order.

I don't like Ruined King anymore myself. Got nerfed over and over again, I tend to get Hydra for splitpushing shizzle.

So I would reccomend starting a Dorans Shield and THEN grabbing a Dorans Blade. Another problem right off the bat that I see is you are building a very late Sunfire Cape. Its like your 4th or 5th item. Sunfire Cape is an Early/Mid item, it doesn't really give you a lot of bang for your buck Late game. I recommend going Tri -> Botrk -> Randuins -> Spirit Visage.
