Thanks for the response but I keep getting the problem of teammates dc'ing and not coming back, and or teammates not being aware of their surroundings and I'm not to sure what to do about that. :C

There's not much you can do about that except play better and hopefully win anyway. Just remember that every time you run into one of these problems, the enemy team is actually more likely to have them. All you have to do is play well and you'll tend to win more than you lose. In time, your league and MMR will rise, and then you'll run into fewer of these kinds of problems.

My posts may be long. If this bothers you, don't read them.

Whilst I don't have solid statistics to back it up, I tend to feel that a major cause of death is lack of map awareness. Are you looking at your minimap every few seconds?

Wait there's a minimap?

According to your profile I really advice you too play more Normal games (even I play 1-2 normal games to warm up before play any ranked).

1) Pick role you are best at (top, mid, support, ADC or Jungler). You need to find role you’re best at but even so you must be ready to play any of it because there will be time when your favorite role will be occupy.

2) After choosing role pick champions which you have more experience and best suite your play style. In ranked never play champion which you did not play enough in normal or you don’t have enough experience. Try to play easy hero before trying hard ones.

3) Last hit – try to last hit all creeps – more cs = more gold = better items for your champion. If you ever come to help any lanes try not to steal creeps from others in your team.

4) Be polite with other players and try to be more communicable, don’t afraid to ask something in chat or call for help, if you’re able try to help others. Also try to ignore flamers and trolls, you should be better than them. Don’t blame others with your own mistakes and for their own, try to give them advice if your team made any.

5) Control your lane but be aware of gangs also watch if your ally need your help, sometimes you should leave your lane to save your team. Watch if enemy allow you to push the lane it can be gang is coming.

6) Don’t underestimate your enemy. Try to understand your opponent, their weak and strong sides, their abilities timing. Don’t try to chase low hp enemy because sometimes it could result your own death – estimate your chance if you will be able to kill enemy without dying.

7) Important objective. No matter what role you’ve chosen watch for dragon and baron (middle and late game) all the time because if your team lose any of it this mean advantage for your enemy.

8) Map awareness. Watch for mini-map and buy wards (put it on bushes so you will know if enemy is coming and at dragon and baron, so you can attack while enemy trying to kill it). If no one in your team buy wards do it yourself. Don’t facecheck bushes because there can be ambush, sometimes try to organize one with your team if you know enemy don’t have wards there.

9) Self-cultivation. There is always place to improve. Train more so you will have more experience you need.
I really hope my advice will help you and i wish you luck in the future.
