Playing vs bots has been a huge help for me. I was new and didn't know the abilities of my character, didn't know the game at all, and finally didn't know the equipment and how it would be good to buy things that can be used in an item that you eventually want to keep.

I am level 10 now and have been thinking about jumping into the PVP game as well. I think I have learned my character well enough to be at least competent in equipping and playing his abilities, and how the game works.

My first PVP experience in LOL was ARAMs. They are fun and can help you figure out other champs as well.

My best advice is when you want to try a new champ. Play 3-5 games against bots. This will not only get you used to the champion before going into PVP, but will win you more game in normals. When you do this, you get better MMR. MMR is Match Making Rating. The higher this is, the better people you play, The better people you play, the higher rank you will be when you get placed in Soloq at level 30.
I wish someone told me this when i started playing. Take Care!

I think 1 game is anought to have the knowledge to play the charactere in pvp

I think the best think to do would be to read its skills search for a common build, creat a custum in the howling abyss against a bot, try its four skills and leave to pvp. If possible with a friend wich can advice you
This would be imo the best think to do, but i am too lazy to do it so i go straight in pvp è.é

Dear, Godswood. I really advice to play PvP as soon as possible. There are many things you can learn only by playing against other players. You should play versus bots only if you need to test your new champion which you did not play before (1-2 games will be enough) but also try to read some guides before buy or play any champion. Players are not bots they plays absolutely different so playing against bots can teach you some basics but cannot replace live experience of playing in PvP. If you ever think of playing ranked in the future normal games will prepare you for it. So go for it and good luck.

you should go straight to PvP asap

bot games dont teach you anything and the only times i play them is for a quick First Win or with my lower level friends, and even then i still make them play PvP games

I was wondering this too a few days ago.. I got to level 15 playing bots and i was wondering when to do pvp.

Since i already learned the champ i was playing( Darius) i went into pvp and even tho i have only been playing pvp for around a week i have learnt so much and im so glad i decided to stop playing bots and go into pvp

So i would say, If you know how to play your champ then jump straight into pvp you will enjoy it 100x more
