Honestly the only person who can help you choose your champions is yourself. Just play around with them and see what kind of style you like and what you dislike. You already listed 3 champions you enjoy so that's a good place to start.
getting more kills on champions comes as you get more familiar with the champion you're playing and its abilities, as well as knowing what the champions you're facing are capable of. This really just comes from experience so just keep practicing and you'll start getting better/ being able to secure more kills.
the elo hell thing is a fairy tale. I wouldn't really pay too much attention to it, especially since you're not level 30 yet ^_^

Akali, Nidalee, Annie, and Jax are all champions that can be deadly if you're not entirely sure what they can do. For Nidalee the trick is to not get hit by the spears (easier said than done). For Jax there's a number of ways of dealing with him, but with your 3 champions (I don't own any of those three, but I have played them) I would recommend staying as far back from him as possible, use your abilities from far away, and if he jumps on you (or near you) run. Annie you have to watch out for her stun. Every 4 spells she casts, her next one will stun you, and if that spell is Tibbers she'll probably kill you. If you can keep count of how many spells she's cast and be prepared to back off, you'll do fine. Akali... oh Akali. She's really good at picking up kills. I suggest you tell your team to focus her down first and to never go anywhere alone, travel as a group and there are reduced odds she'll come in and kill you... but a clever Akali will still find a way. To be honest, I still don't really know how to deal with her, but I do know how to play her (to some extent). My overall suggestion is to know your enemy, look up guides on the champions you hate fighting so you can learn to think like they do.

My favourite champions that I use currently are Ahri , Syndra and Lissandra. I would not prefer someone that is meelee. I tend to prefer someone that does a lot of burst damage like Syndra. I tend to last hit creeps very well and I know my way around skill-shots. Currently the problems I'm facing with is Nidalee Jax Annie Akali. Especially Jax. Please do not recommend champions like Swain , Thresh , Veigar and Leblanc.
Speaking about Leblanc , I got a issue killing with her. The first time I used her i had 17 kills , but after that I realised I was dying carelessly ( like 3 to 5 deaths. ) I really hated that and I used to almost not die in most of the games so I ended up trying not to die and now I also realised I use less of her W and have no kills for every game. Same thing with other champions like Elise and Swain , fun to play and kill time with in AI but now that I play the normal games I keep losing. I would really appreciate it if you guys give me a solution.
Just another fun question...I don't get the thing with people saying elohell lol.
