it looks good but only 3 of the classes seem to be revealed(the name of the fourth one makes me think its an assassin class) but only one looks appealing to me, and thats the spellslinger, the paths thing seems kind of weird

First of all congratulations! You're one of the lucky ones, I'm so jealous :)
I guess I'll have a whirl and see if I can persuade you!
Why do I find this MMO interesting? Well since following it for over a year I'm slowly starting to get the picture that they have taken the best bits from lots of MMOs and have put them all into one great science-fiction-ratchet-and-clank bonanza! Like many other people in MMOs at the moment I have been looking for a home since WoW tanked it's last expansion and I really think Nexus could be the place for all those refugees!
I already have every one of my characters planned out, my first is going to be a Mordesh Spellslinger - I am loving the space zombie feel to the mordesh and the weird alchemical angle carbine took with them! Spellslingers look AWESOME after this weekends live stream - super skill capped too, freefo targeting looks like it's going to be a complete game changer, keyboard turning will be impossible, and I'm looking forward to the challenges!
I also want to help make this game a winner, I love being part of betas and always contribute in the forums, and obviously it's great to play the game and see it change and evolve to become something everyone can be proud of :)
So basically I love this game already and I haven't even played it yet - if love the chance to join you in beta if you decide you like my post enough :) I'll give you free heals!

Wow.. You are a silly, silly person. You don't love the game, because you can't love it without having played it. You love the IDEA of the game. The concept of the game.
WoW, tanked?...
It may have lost half its player-base, but it still has the most players of any MMO in the world.
WoW is a ****ing monolith and it will be one of the largest MMOs for many years forward.
And I don't even like the game, I think it's boring as **** and wish people would spend their time better. I mean, there are still people playing Everquest FFS, so WoW isn't dying for a LOOOOOONG time.
So stop ********ting and try to write more reasonable things.

I think I can love the game without having played it. I appreciate what it's trying to do and what it should be when it arrives. That doesn't mean to aha that my opinion cannot change after playing it.
And perhaps tanked was the wrong word, WoW has changed a lot in the last 5 years- it's end game has become a mishmash of casual, hard core and reputation grinds. It feels like a different game and that's why I said tanked, because for a lot of people like me it just feels like it's lost it's appeal. I'm sure it will go on for another 20 years, loyal fans will stick to it forever, like EQ1. But as for me, I'm ready for the next thing.

It feels like a different game and that's why I said tanked, because for a lot of people like me it just feels like it's lost it's appeal. I'm sure it will go on for another 20 years, loyal fans will stick to it forever, like EQ1. But as for me, I'm ready for the next thing.

It seems that they try to bring back the old WoW Classic/BC flare with it and I like that.
Dunno if they can, but if Carbine manages to get ppl thrilled on the loot hunt while making the things they offer entertaining in the long run (Housing, Jobs, Open world events, dungeons/raids) I can see that it will work out.
But atm I'm kinda bored since I miss some "main" game.
LoL,Warframe, PoE, Hearthstone (yuck..), that's some stuff you can do on the side, but not something which has potential to hook you up for hours, not me at least.

Yeah.
You might wanna have a look at TERA btw. It has many problems that WoW has in terms of boring quests and such, but it also has a much improved combat system. TERA is the MMO that has pulled off the best combat system so far, I think. It's very much skill-based and plays kind of like a thirdperson slasher/adventure game combined with a fighting game.
