I played SPAZ and I loved it. There is good mod support so that can most likely fix what you don't enjoy. Personally I thought that the amount of ships and ship sizes were a little small, I wanted to have more like a fleet so I found a mod that increased numbers of hangars and balanced the hangar sizes a little while raising the difficulty/strength of the enemies to keep the game balanced and fun.
I have Dungeon Defenders on PS3 (I'm an idiot, I have no idea why I bought it on PS3 instead of Steam) and the game is pretty good but I think that the PC version is SO MUCH BETTER than the PS3 version because of mods, more game mods, more players, better connection and all that, etc.
Never heard of the others

This one doesn't have a name, hence the dots.
This is a really nice bundle. I own all of these games and many of them have been in previous bundles.
SPAZ is really great the first three acts, but sadly the fourth act is a disappointment. It's an RPG of sorts.
Defense Grid is just a really solid tower defense game.
Closure is a platformer with an interesting main mechanic.
Shatter is a 'brick-breaker' game with some really cool twists to make it interesting.
Jamestown is just a really good arcade shooter.
Dungeon Defenders is a pretty good trap defense game.
