Apparently you weren't educated on the new Kha'zix. Due to nerfs, Kha'zix players are supposed to max their Q ability first. It's extremely spammable on a 2.5 second cd with Lucidity and BC. It's damage potential is OVER 9000!!! But seriously, it's flat 25 mana across the board for all ranks of the skill. Super duper spammable and you want to utilize the full potential. The main point of evolving W first was because you used it when you were in the air from leap for free damage and slow. Then you would spam your Q. Now we just Leap at our target and spam Q and auto-attacks and it really deals massive damage. If we chase, pop our w for the slow and maybe ult for the move speed.
.... I'm going to withhold my flames as of yet because I have IN THE TITLE that my guide is going to be updated as of yet. I am doing a (pretty close to) complete overhaul on this guide so PLEASE, PLEEEEEASE save the comments for the new guide...
It would be nice to have a matchups section
EDIT:
You have a great build and guide with great imagery. Personally I would like some more versatility with the color scheme on the imagery but maybe I would be going about it wrong. One good piece of advice I can give you is to toy with some more highlighting and text size. There is a user named jhoijhoi who created a Karthus guide but what it also happens to be is a "Guide making" guide lol. It will show you how to change font and what not but great job with the coding thus far and the imagery.
