Riot nerfed his base stats quite a bit in mid S2 and i haven't felt comfortable on him, unless I get some items. the CC nerf hurts him and I really don't quite feel he already had a spot ingame.

nerf but he is still rammus. only reason i don't like him in jungle right now is because he is very team reliant.
