[/quote] Agree with the CC yes but Soraka can do a ton of damage with the right build plus the idea behind Soraka isn't her damage its her team sustainability in a sense - She provides her team with the much needed Heals and Mana restores during the important team fights whilst her attacks are designed to reduce her opponents Magic Resist so her team mates can deal much greater damage. If you are cocky enough you can skip the support build on her and focus on a AP build and then you will have a support champion who can heal you for alot and deal extensive damage too and that is what I do love about her <3[/quote]

[/quote] She also blows up fairly quickly if she wants to deal damage since [[Starcall]] is short range, and she loses out on the somewhat low mana restore if she uses it for damage/silence. The ult is nice, and so is the armor buff on the heal, but that's about it. I'd rather pick [[Nami]] for a LOT more CC, a heal still, and a MS boost for the team.[/quote]
