quints of attack damage? naw man naw. other than that ok.
masteries..i have tried a similar set up i feel 0/9/21 works better personally.
rushing ruby sightstone? seems cost inefficient i would be more apt to rush chalice.
doran's shield start is acceptable but more so in ranked 5's not yolo queue. better off starting ancient coin imo.
other than that the guide just needs to be expanded in a lot of sections to provide more detail.

start it if u are going to go into roles switch (2v1 top/2v1 mid)

The same way you explained your runes, you should do with the masteries.
Your guide is under detailed, for instance you didn't explain neither your runes or masteries.
