3/5, one loss due to us picking the worst team comp in history and the other due to a Lucian that literally never left botlane (3/10/5), a Blitz that last hit champions with ult on purpose (5/9) and a jungle Darius that was downright trolling (calling us bronze players, refusing to communicate with us other than calling us bronze players, refused to leave his jungle, would do the opposite of what we would tell him to do (we tell him to back from splitpushing, he keeps going and dies, enemy team is pushing mid, he goes to jungle, etc.). Not very happy.

In this journey you will see me evolve from a lowly Plat 3 into a majestic Plat 1+.
My goal for this season is to have a secure spot in Platinum 1, but I would gladly accept getting higher =)
I think that I have it in me to achieve this goal with slight ease, especially now that I have a great attitude in SoloQ as opposed to Season 3.
Here is my roster :
Main Champions ~ Champions that I am skilled with and that I would pick before my enemy counterpart
- Tryndamere ~ Mid, Top, Jungle
- Wukong ~ Mid, Top
- Draven ~ ADC
- Vi ~ Mid, Top, Jungle
- Gragas ~ Mid
- Swain ~ Mid, Top
These are the champions that I will mostly play throughout Season 4. I consider myself to be quite skilled with them for my level and I am confident enough with them to be able to pick them before the enemy of the same lane picks his own champion (I mostly handle counterpicks). I play Tryndamere Top, Mid and Jungle. In Mid I mostly pick him if the enemy Mid picked a champion that can't stop me from farming or that's a melee other than Fizz and in Jungle and Top I pick him whenever. I play Wukong Mid and top, but mostly Top. If I am going Top and the enemy hasn't picked yet, this is most likely the champion I will play. I take him Mid mostly as a counterpick. I have two main ADCs, Draven and Twitch, but lately I feel stronger with Draven. I will occasionally pick Twitch if the enemy team composition is right but mostly I will go for Draven if I have to ADC. Keep in mind that I usually tell my team that my worst role is ADC during team select. I play Vi Mid, Top and Jungle. Although I RARELY play her Mid, it has happened so I included it there. Vi was my most played champion in Season 3 and I still feel quite strong with her even if I started playing her less often. I'm looking to start playing her as one of my mains again. I occasionally play her Top if I feel like it or if the enemy pick is right, but 75% of the time I take her jungle. She and Tryndamere are the only champions I am confident to jungle with and I will pick them based on the needs of my team. Lastly, I play Gragas in Mid lane. He's my best AP laner right now and I am pretty confident picking him against almost any champion. My ult mechanics have gotten worse though so I have to work on that. After testing out Swain if a couple of games I can see his great power and also very few popular bad matchups and his playstyle fits me well so I switched him from Testing to my mains.
Main Counterpicks ~ Champions that I am skilled with but that I would rarely pick before my enemy counterpart does.
- Vladimir ~ Top
- Darius ~ Top
- Veigar ~ Mid
These are champions that I am around equally skilled with as my Main Champions (in Veigar's case, more skilled) but that I will almost NEVER pick before my enemy laner and will only pick them in certain matchps. I play Vladimir Top. I pick him mainly against fullish tank laners that have very low kill potential and that can't stop Vladimir from pushing, farming and killing them without heavy jungler help, such as Shen, Singed and Malphite. I play Darius top as well. He used to be one of my Main Champions but lately I've been getting counterpicked and rendered weak far too often to keep picking him before the enemy picks. I play him in many many many many many matchups, but I can't manage with certain enemies, such as Renekton and Kayle. There are certain matchups where I will pick him to specifically counter the enemy, like Vladimir or Poppy, but he's more of a "I don't want to be counterpicked" champion than a counterpick champion for me. I included him here because I will almost only pick him after the enemy. I play Veigar in Mid. I consider him to be one of, if not my best champion in SoloQ. The reason I didn't include him in my Main Champions is because I will 95% of the time get hard countered if I pick him before the enemy. I play him against most mid matchups but there are certain ones where I can't manage ( Zed, Kassadin) so I will only pick him after the enemy picks and if he picks a non-counter.
Testing Champions ~ Champions I want to test out and see if I can play as a Main
- Irelia
- Xin Zhao
These are champions that I want to test out in 5+ matches to see if I can play them good enough to main them and if I can carry and/or win with them. This is like the tryouts for my Main Champions and it shifts constantly. For example, Wukong was in this section until a few days ago until I played matches with him.
Have fun reading and cheer me on!!!
