This is just a wrong idea of how he's played... Even as ap... His skill use should always be Q w E q - disengage... Period ... Max q first take a point in w level 2 e at level 3 and then max e second.

Yes, but this is an Opposite build, hence the [Opp], standing for Opposite.
It is still viable if you wish to try it out.
