I have a friend who really want to make lane nocturne a thing. He said (I have no idea if this is true or not) that as nocturne you have access to 800 near-instant damage with your skills and stuff at level 9. Nocturne could be strong, especially with the shove potential he brings, but I haven't ever tested it. Maybe you could try it out and bring it to light :D

That guy is bronze and negative in w/l with Noc. If it were OP, he would be able to consistently win against some of the bad players of League. The video only shows the moments his build worked, not all the times he died, fed or threw because of his build.
