Quite interesting options opened up because of this mess. At least in low games.
But as Riot said in notes - they will watch it "because it may put down some junglers" (or something like that). My guess is - if enough amount of players will cry they want that change reverted, they will do something about it.
But I still think after 4.3 there are actually 2 types of useless boots now, and supports have bigger variety to choose from.
MissMaw - sure, you can still ward/deward fast, and join a fight really soon... but then you are stuck in there with +25MS while everybody else got +45. And I don't think you want to run MS quints on support these days (even that wouldn't make up for it I guess).
You no longer get in-combat boots; they're essentially boots of speed in combat. Everyone else will have advanced movement (at least 45 MS).

Back on topic: Yeah these are trash now. Going from best boots to worst boots is not a good tradeoff. At least they didn't touch CDR boots like they were planning at first.
If any suicidal maniac buys these boots after 4.3, well you have to either avoid all the fights, or make sure you win those encounters. Otherwise you DIE. :D
