It was for a friend, I just wasn't bothered to explain it all over skype or something, it was better to ahve a guide to use.

Remove Phantom Dancer, Statikk Shiv (and Frozen Mallet) from the cheat sheet, add Runes and Masteries like said before and use BBCoding instead of pictures. For instance, you can write [[Death Mark]] to create this Death Mark or something like this (you can change the size by using a different number ofc):
[icon=Death Mark size=40] to create this
