the statement above is wrong, if you see someone is using , they'll probably be going for support role, she could do much more better in Bottom lane than mid lane.

I hope those are jus runes you figured would go okay with Soraka since those would be a very poor investment. Always take flash, too, especially if you want to play Soraka. You can't max anything before level 9 and Q is good now so there's no reason to get it so late. Those are just first glance things - there are a lot of things you'd need to change for this to be close to an optimal build. A lot.

Better to just archive the guide and play more; then when you get level 30, couple hundred normal games and have ranked experience unarchive it, with changes, or make another guide.
