VU is not the only thing, these changes are incoming aswell:
Movement speed increased to 340 from 335.
Turret's health now scales + 25 + 2,7777...% AP per level from + 25 per level. (that is + 450 + 50% AP at level 18)
Turret's basic attacks now generate 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5% charge.

Those champions are so broken I don't expect their reworks for at least another year.
