I downvoted because the masteries don't work well with Vlad at all..

Did you give up this guide completely ? I find myself confused with the sheet and the text that are not in accordance together. So masteries : defensive, offensive support ?
Items have change a lot and the guide is no more up to date. I feel DFG has a good active whihc could suit well to Vlad now.
Si I think it needs an update. No vote then.

Hey, still a relatively new player, had a quick question. Why, are your masteries primarily in the support tree? I understand the movement speed and maybe some cd etc, but if you're going to AP carry wouldnt it make more sense to have some ability power masteries from the offensive tree? Would that not put out more damage than the support tree? Just asking, thank you :D

Reasons why:

I don't agree with your mastery choices, not utilizing his passive and key defensive picks.
I don't agree with your itemization on several if not all your builds.
I don't agree with your position on an item such as Spirit Visage. It truly is amazing and I think you are underselling it severely.
I attempted to read your guide but the lack of coding and variety simply bored me that I couldn't finish.
It seems out-dated by referring to season 3 items.

I'd suggest updating and definitely spicing things up with some coding, as it was stated before by another user, a wall of text is very boring to read.
