Hi Baekstra, I would like to make some recommendations for mid build
I have been playing around runes, and I think 10% Scaling CDR glyph, scaling health seals and all MP marks and Quints are pretty good too. It gives LB much more mobility and survivabilty(?) for two reasons: One, lich ban basically has become a core item in this meta(at least I think, to make LB more useful since the game flow is much faster), meaning LB can get 40% CDR(6s CD for her W), and two, it helps LB when she has to rush void staff against mid champs who rush MR. LB already has high base magic damage with great AP scaling, so it is definitly worth sacrificing early 10 AP.

Also, in case LB gets cloud drake buff(speed buff), I think you can sell boots and get GLP 800(the one with catayst and hextech gun) or guardian angel. More HP or armor/magic resist! Not a must, but it's definitely fun.

Hi Paul,
It is definitely an option to go for 10% scaling CDR on Glyphs to hit the 40% late even without Blue buff, and ~35% CDR after morellonomicon is finished with blue buff.
The argument for sacrificing 10 AP early is flawed though. Leblanc does indeed have an amazing AP scaling, but that actually means AP is better than usual on her, so you want the 10 AP early even more. As i also say in the guide, the balance between early AP and Magic Pen is a matter of playstyle, but I personally go for the 10 AP early because it is really good on her.

Selling boots can always be fun :p

Also here is another question: before the mid mage patches, Lich bane was an alternative choice for HG in very late game. However, now it is a main item yet you keep the HG.
Does that mean that 25AP and 15MP is better than buying another huge AP item like Luden/Rylai/Roa etc?

Why buy lich bane on lb? Her damage is not based on burst after casting an ability but clearly on her ability damage

because with her AP build the Lich Bane proc will deal around 540 magic dam with AA. That's like an extra Q. She has a good AA motion so it's a good item on her. it also gives CDR.

What do you think of new Taric? I just had one agsinst me and it wasn't super hard as long as you avoid his stun in time

@Lalos:
If in doubt, you should go for 3 AP quints. This will give you the most "standard" power curve and help farming.

@Paul:
Against Diana, Abyssal Scepter is indeed the way to go. I know that feel about not having 20 % CDR is sad, and it requires a whole new feel of her kit to play without early CDR. That being said, you do NOT wish to only have 30 MR when she jumps you ;)
Same goes for stuff like Annie.

The 5% CDR would indeed be huge for CDR leblanc, but magic pen is simply MASSIVE on leblanc, and having 3.3 - 8.4 bonus mag pen in the game (a damage increase of between roughly 2.5 - 7 % throughout the game) is HUGE.
Against tank toplaners where flat pen matters less, you would not be investing in cunning to get either, since DFT and % pen from offence tree is better there.
