You're better off paying for the champions directly instead of paying money for a boost. Still, I'd recommend not doing that either, since you basically can get champions for free. Your clock might not like it, but your wallet will love it.

pretty much what everyone has said... to unlock champions just play the game unfortunately.been playing consistently for a year now... and still missing about 40 ish champs. Just play the game and you'll get them.

I started 2011 and I have all the champions, 20 rune pages (but not all runes) and about 13K IP to spend on ****-all except the next OP champ that Riot cranks out.
