Hey, nice build. But as a player who plays lots with adc, i think runnan's is not good in this case, since you already made ruined king. Other think would be chenge the black creever for trynity. I know it is cosy,but you can have shen's passive, a bit of ap, ad crit, live and mana.

I don't really like making ruined king, when iplay with him as adc i rush for bloodthirst and them infinyti edge. I will try out you build and post someting else later
