1. Requesting Review/Scout Review
2. A Different Section for Scout Reviews
3. PM to the Guide Author if he Receives a Scout Point

1. Requesting Review/Scout Review

Basically the guide author had a button which would open an interface that showed him the instructions/rules of the reviews and how the reviews are done. Then there were the volunteer reviewers (maybe the author could choose from below scouts and above scouts persons?) who had a fancy list of the guides which had requested a review. If you were a volunteer reviewer there'd be a button at the top of the guide which said something like "Grade" or "Review". When pressed, you'd had this kind of template (With parts like "I disagree with", "Need more explanation", "I'd like to point out" or something along those lines. You could also give score (Viability, How easy it is to read, Other information and then the overall grade).

2. A Different Section for Scout Reviews

I think this has been mentioned before but I mention it again. There could be a part in the discussion (or highlight) for scouts. When you give a scout point you should explain why you give it and then the guide author received a private message telling them that they have been +/- Scout Point'd and that they should immediately answer to the scout. When the Scout gives his point he should give enough reasoning (like C2V) and if the author doesn't think the vote was given to increase the quality of the guides he could report them and then the admins/mods checked it and decided if it wasn't given with the idea of improving the guide quality. There could also be a option for the scouts to be anonymous.

3. PM to the Guide Author if he Receives a Scout Point

Basically there was a PM sent to the guide author about the scout point he got.

Yes. I like table of contents very much.

This would all be great if any scouts actually scared about scouting. xD

1) I like that idea a lot. Would require some further thought but it should be a cool idea.
2 & 3) Have been discussed before and for now it won't really work out I think.

I do too, kinda. But it's one of those things were most of the scouts that would care, (Like Vyn) don't because the system is innately flawed. So we sit here with scout points meaning virtually nothing. :/

Scout points not meaning a thing is indeed the biggest problem which needs to be addressed before making any further changes to scouting.

Having a button on the interface that allows a writer to request a scout review would be too much like Solo Mid and everyone has expressed how much they don't want to be Solo Mid before, so.
hi embracing. yes i play ff14 now.

I don't care if it looks a lot like Solomid, if it's a good addition I'm in for it. Besides that, I never even visited that site so really idgaf.

These are some nice ideas.

With the "request a review" button I'm more worried about the amount of requests we'll get vs. the amount of people that will handle those requests than it being "like SoloMid."

I think it's a good idea too, but that's what was said in the past.

Just don't let people click the button if they don't meet the minimum guide/build requirements...? Idk.
