My champs are Yorick : like dem baron solo at 15 mins

Sona - all abilities 1.4s cooldown except ult
Soraka - globat heal, 2s cooldown on a 2.5s silence
Nidalee - heal, spears and dash
Shen - dash taunt
Alistar - knockups
Blitz - knockups
Akali / Wukong - ouch
Ziggs - constant poke
Zilean - sooooo many ults

Khazix can get a little out of hand in URF. Infinite heals, .7 CD on his Q, 3 second CD on his jump.

i still say hecarim is a better version of warwick in URF cuz Q is AoE and 0.4 seconds

and he can also heal infinitely with W cuz its always up

also Krama is pretty strong in this since she can shield 2-3 people at once and Q has no CD and mantra has a 7 second CD plus passive
