Very good guide. I have a few questions. Hecarims passive increase AD with the movement speed he currently have. Does it have a cap like the Azir passive? And wouldn't be Boots of Swiftness be better than Ninja Tabi, I mean, he gains great mobility and a AD boost with the passive. I love the Dash summoner spell, but Hecarim does not have an instant engage ability apart from his ultimate. I think Flash works very well on him. As when ganking I love to use flash when trying to run past an enemy and then use the Devastating Charge attack on the gank target and disable him/her from running away or under turret.

A great basic Heca guide :) Just some advice though, there are quite a few grammatical errors. It might not bother you, but it can drive a majority of people crazy xD Other than that, good job :)

what do you think about building both ibg and tri force if you're fed? even though the sheen wont be a double proc, both items give such needed and great stats. i tried it in one game and it worked well.
