No better options? EVERYTHING is better than DYING FASTER on a Frontline Champion.
One thing about your Masteries i don't agree with:
So, you're building elise Tanky, meaning you wanna soak up damage for your Team and be in the frontlines most of the time, and as such, taking double-edge, a mastery which makes you DIE FASTER is, in my opinion, a terrible idea.

Overall Hybrid Pen Reds will make you lack 2 or 3 MPen, however since your total physical damage output is relatively exactly 20%, That little bit of ArmorPen you get could be worth it. Especially early game in the Jungle.
