In order to train cs I generally pick up champions who are really farm-oriented or are just easy to farm with such as Xerath, Karthus and Zed. I am able to hit 100 cs around the 10-11 minute mark and keep it at ~10 per minute on average. As mid-laner I am also able to take the wraiths and wolves often.
